Scheduling - System Administration

System admin users of Cris Scheduling can create locations, procedures, and define operating level agreements.

Scheduling imports Cris configuration tables upon initial deployment. Any changes thereafter in Cris are not reflected in Scheduling 1.0 and requires assistance from Magentus to update. As a result, events booked into new rooms, sites, or trusts created on Cris after deployment are not displayed. Scheduling 1.0 only allows filtering on the modalities present upon initial deployment.

For user information, see Scheduler. Scheduler system administration has the following areas:

  • Places are a collection of settings used to organise groups of facilities and locations.

  • Procedures are a collection of settings used to organise procedure plans and groups.

  • Services allow a user to create an operating level agreement (OLA) for a certain demographic.
